Online interventions are indeed effective, accessible, affordable and versatile. ‘Mental health care accessible to everyone also through Internet’, that’s what Katherina Martin Abello wants to achieve with e-Mental Health programs. From 2000 to 2009 she worked as an external e-Consultant and project leader for various e-Health projects, care-related institutions and organizations, including the Trimbos Institute. Her biggest wish is to provide practical and accessible online programs to help people with mental problems and addictions.

What is TedX?

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TED has created a program called TEDx. TEDx is a program of self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At TEDxZwolle, live speakers will spark deep discussion and connection. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organised.
